Life
My Pets
Well, some are wood, some are stone, one is leather, one is carved from the ash out of Mt. St. Helens Volcano,a very special piece because its a gift from my youngest son.I collect Rhino's. Carved from wood, stone , leather, and the one from ash and depicted on a flat surface.Other than that I don't have pets. I just enjoy the ones my friends have. Dogs and cats, I enjoy them and they feed and care for them.
My Kids
Well actually I'd like to share my kids. If you all take one for 2 week at a time... just kidding . Call me and I'll tell you all about them. One still at home, a junior at Capistrano Valley High School in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
My Job
It's a lot like what everybody else does. I wake up in the morning, go downstairs, sit down at my computer and check the stockmarket.

n Shell Beach while going to school. Majored in Ornamental Horticulture, dealing with landscape/nursery and construction. Started a landscape construction business in the San Luis Obispo area, which I sold and moved back down to the Orange County area.Taught school from 1981 to 1986 in Lakewood, Ca in the Science Dept. teaching Horticulture and Landscape Construction. Met some great people there, and always enjoy hearing from those I've met through the years.Horticulture and palms are my hobbies today. Traveling to exotic lands and seeing palms in their native habitat is a real pleasure.
Drop me a line, tropics38 at the oohay dot cm, would love to hear from you.I think we should all post our picture so we can recognize each other when we are admitted to the nursing homes. Maybe we could have a Santiago wing and then complete a full circle of life. Cardboard lifesize stand up teachers,...just a thought.
