Steve's Story
Life
Since graduating from college in 1983, I got my CPA License (1983. I got married (1984). Had a son (1984). Worked alot as a CPA. Got Divorced (emotionally in 1995; legally in 1999) Started my own CPA practice (1998).
I have also been a part-time Accounting instructor at South Puget Sound CC since 1990 (I do it for the enjoyment of doing something worthwhile...it certainly isnt for the money). I have also taught for the State Society of CPA's and Saint Martin's College. I used to write/teach training courses for other CPA firms in the state of washington, but that got to be too much effort for not enough money.
I have a lovely girlfriend and a wonderful 3 year old who mean the world to me.

he first time (am going back this summer since it was such a great time) and I also went on a carribean cruise (I think I will pass on the cruises from now on).
Life just keeps getting better.
School
Still working on world peace and the cure for cancer.
College
I enjoyed my time at Gonzaga. Although I studied way too much, I did manage to find time to play rugby and attend an occasional party.
I will always remember Brajcich's class (do you really expect me to remember how to spell it after all these years). I have been teaching accounting part-time since 1991 and I have used two of his teaching techniques to my advantage. First, simplify everything. Second, only grade one or two assignments a quarter.
Workplace
started my own CPA practice in 1998 after working as a CPA for others for 15 years.
