Steve's Story
Life
Well, it's been a long, strange journey since high school.
I currently live in the Bremerton area, with the great love of my life-Marilyn, my 1963 Cadillac Hearse- which I'm slowly restoring. She's in the pic I posted. She's got a lot of rust and a great personality!
I work as an art director for a small company in Poulsbo
as well as freelancing. I've drawn comics professionally in the 90's and hope to return to that soon.
I just celebrated 20 years with the Bremerton Community Theatre- 17 of which has been spent on the Board of Trustees (2 as President), where I've acted, directed, produced and designed and built sets. The current logo of the theatre is my design work.
In the last few years I've taught myself sewing, sculpting and fabrication with different materials for props and such that I build. I'm an amateur ghost hunter (which is fun because the t...Expand for more

One of my current hobbies is recreating superhero costumes- I'm working on a spot-on recreation of the 1966 Batman TV show Batgirl costume, with a Robin suit to follow.(No, I don't wear the Batgirl costume- don't have the hips for it-Ha-ha!)Working on sculpting a Hawkman cowl that I'll vacuum form. Yeah, it's geeky, but it keeps me out of the bars! One cool side note is that the original Batgirl Yvonne Craig was so impressed with my work she called me at home and spent an hour telling me about the costume and her time on the show.
Looking forward to starting a new direction with my life in 2008.
My years at BHS were wonderful and miss the friends I've lost contact with. Many other things have happened over the years but I won't bore you with the gory details.
