Steve's Story
Retired from LACoFD on July 21, 1999, with 36 years in the LACERA retirement system. Moved to Sugar Springs, Michigan in December 2000.
Still have a condo in Orange, CA, but don't really care if I ever come back to California.
Love it where the four seasons are: (1) spring, (2) summer, (3) fall, and (4) winter - NOT (1) floods, (2) fires, (3) earthquakes, and (4) riots.

Don't fly airplanes anymore, but sure do love to travel to all the NASCAR races I can make time for; can't get enough NASCAR! Love to ride snowmobiles in the winter - my favorite season!
