Steve's Story
Hi Everyone, Happy to be connected again. Don't know if you remember, but I as kinda into birds in high school. Well, it paid off. After a few years as a falconry bum, I got a gig doing a bird show at the San Diego Wild Animal Park in 1976. In 1980 I went off on my own to do shows at other zoos and opened an animal behavior consulting company. ues, or training animal keepers at zoos around the wold. My company of over 25 animal trainers produces educational animal programs (mostly free-flight bird shows) at zoo around the world. We have a full-time show at Disney's Animal Kingdom in Florida and we open two new shows at San Diego Zoo in late June. Lots of work and lots of fun. Can't complain about a thing. I look forward to seeing you all at the reunion in Sept.
