Steve's Story
After NCCHS, I attended Bradley University, graduating in 1968. Two weeks after graduating, I received my draft notice from the Army, but joined the Naval Reserves instead. Was on active duty with Attack Squadron 125 at Naval Air Station, Lemoore, California. After release from active duty, I stayed in the Reserves with Patrol Squadron 60 at Glenview Naval Air Station, until retiring from them in 1991. I ...Expand for more
married my wife, from Minneapolis, in 1972, and we have 2 sons and a daughter. Am currently semi-retired, still spending 3 days a week helping our sons in the family business. We love spending as much of our spare time as possible in the Eagle River area of Northern Wisconsin. Attended our 50th year Class Reunion recently and thoroughly enjoyed the evening with my classmates. Can't wait for the next one.
