I am a retired Navy Commander, having served on five sea tours and as head of a U.S. delegation to NATO and an International cell of naval officers. After retirement from the service, I came to Stillwater, OK and began work at the Center for Local Government Technology at OSU as a local government specialist, working with county officials and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation on IT and transit issues.

took the position of Assistant Manager for the new transit system in Stillwater. Since that time, ridership has quadrupled and the agency was awarded Transit System of the Year by the Oklahoma Transit Association. Retired from OSU after ten years! Yeah!
I am now the Grand Secretary of the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Oklahoma. LOVE THIS JOB !! Most fun I have had in years.
I am a past Master of Frontier Masonic Lodge, District Deputy Grand Master (DDGM) for Grand Lodge, Royal Arch Masons and Cryptic Masons (whew!), past State Dad of Oklahoma DeMolay, a member of National Sojourners, Heroes of â76, American Legion and State and Chapter Secretary of the Military Officers Association of America.
My degrees include a Master of Arts, Teaching from The Citadel in Charleston, S.C. and a Master of Science, Industrial Technology degree from East Carolina in Greenville, N.C.
I am married to Janet and have two kids, Stacy (with grandkids Haleigh and Emma) and Tyler.".
