Wow, the last time I saw anyone from High School was 1979. I didn't have many friends in High School. I was sort of the prototype computer nerd. I spent my entire life programming computers. By 1989 I was having a very successful career at Apple Computer in the Macintosh networking group, I still have a shrink wrapped copy of Apple Computers first print server Lasershare. That was my baby. To make a long story short, alcohol and meth brought me to my knees. In 1989 I got clean, and with Apples support and blessing, I quit my job and moved my family to Wahington State. Of course I never left computers. Being in a small town in the nineties and having networking experience......You get it "computers have been good to me" In 2005, my wife Marlene, was struck down with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She received a non related stem cell transplant from a German girl. My wife lived for an additional eight years, finally free of Leukemia at the end. What did she die of you may ask.
