Life has been grand so far. I have traveled to so many countries and seen so many wonderful things, thanks to the military. We live on the ocean and enjoy our summers on Martha's Vineyard and the New Hampshire's White Mountains. Hiking and outdoor sports are my pass time. With two summits left to climb, my goal is to complete all the Appalachian Mountain Club's mountains over 4000 feet in 2010. About 6 yrs ago, I took up winter hiking and mountain climbing, which is nature's secret for those people that don't like to brave the winter air, and 70mph winds on a summit. Believe me, you can still work up a good sweat in 20° weather. My Spouse I met her when she was a volunteer at a VA Hospital, and I was a patient at the hospital at that time. She had my heart at first glance. My Kids I am going to be in big trouble as she gets older, because she is becoming drop dead gorgeous, just like her mother.
