Steve's Story
Life
I left New Castle in 84 and moved to Ocala Fl. Where I started work as a Cable TV installer. Worked my way up to Technician III and stayed in Florida until 95.
I met my wife Judi in Florida while Installing Cable T.V. in her house. We got Married in 1990 and are still going strong. I left Fl. with the wife in 95 and moved to Cookeville, TN. I lived in Cookeville for 1 year and moved to a small town called Alexandria. I stayed in the Cable Industry and worked my way up to Chief Tech. and then to Plant Manager. I am having a great time because now instead of all the long hours and headaches I had in the Cable Industry I sell Cable Equipment to those who are still in the business. Made alot of good friends and do alot of Traveling. This is my 8th year in Sales and I am still with Thomas & Betts, it's great. My dreams are becoming reality, All I lack know is my log cabin in the mountains, instead of my house in the neighborhood. I have three step children and I am a grandpa to four step grandkids. They called me grandpa at thirty years old. THAT WAS A SHOCK. I think I'll right a book about it. It has been one wild trip.
