Steve's Story
Life
I graduated from Ohio State after transferring from Ohio University and lived in Palm Beach County, Florida until August 2003 (we were able to read the 2000 ballot just fine, thank you); we have since moved to Birmingham, Alabama. Happily married to my wonderful wife Linda since 1991. We have two daughters and a son. Employed as a pharmacist/manager for Walgreens. Currently training for another "Team in Training" triathlon in September 2005, and a marathon in October 2005...Expand for more
(only now at the age of 41 do I realize how fast I actually was even though I was only the occasional 7th man back on the CHS Cross Country team). I hope to revisit the dream of finally completing an Ironman triathlon sometime in 2007; probably either Lake Placid or Coeur d'Alene. Long live the memories of fallen '82 classmates Terry Weiland and Carol Cunningham; I've completed five Team in Training events to date, and each one has been emotionally dedicated to Terry and Carol.
