Steve's Story
I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Am married to Melody Hollowell. My schools include Spring Valley High School. After HS I entered the USAF and served through the Vietnam war and was medically retired. I attended Ohio Stated for engineering, I later attended Eastern Illinois University and graduated. I worked in the Defense Industry for 25 years and retired. I worked for a consulting company for 7 years and retired again. This proves that failing in retirement is a learned skill in my makeup. I have been fixing and building firearms as a hobby for almost 30 years. I know work for a gun shop in the local area.
Music I enjoy Chicago, Tran Siberian Orchestra, classical, most 60's-70's music. Anything done by Mel Brooks. I find his sense humor winning.

ss "Me viewed in my kids and wifes eyes?" I have three boys and one girl, four grand daughters, three grandsons.
As the medical retirement says I have abused my body in my youth, and am now paying the price. I am just one of the many who have done this.
Colorado Springs after seeing my youngest son off to Afghanistan. I had an automobile accident that ended in dying for the third time. This time in a helicopter shuttling me to the hospital, two and half weeks in a comma, two months in the hospital in Nebraska and then air-evacted to Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI where 8 months were spent as an in-patient and 6 months as an out patient learning to talk, walk, and think again. Another 2 years in surgeries and rehab. I have very few memory's of many things now, and have cognitive damage.
