Steve's Story
Life
After high school I went to school in Iowa City, graduated in
1987 after an extended undergrad career, and got a job with a medical journal there (after cleaning Ugly Duckling rental cars for several months). In 1991 I moved to Los Angeles, and lived at Venice Beach for 12 years, still involved with medical editing and publishing. I moved from print editing to we...Expand for more
bsite content development in 2000 to pursue a passion for developing the ways info flows on the 'net. A couple jobs and a 6-year (now-defunct) relationship (including raising her two kids) later, and I'm now living in Orange County, CA, working from home as Managing Editor of a magazine for retina specialists. I miss living by the beach, and may fix that one of these days.
