Steven's Story
Life
I currently live in Inverness, Fl which is 70 miles north of Tampa and 30 miles southwest of Ocala. I have a 30 year old son who served in the Army and recently had a son, Danny Jr. on April 25, 2007. and two daughters 18 &13. My wife of 14 years passed away on Sept. 1, 2002 in her sleep as a result of a brain-stem stroke and heart attack at the age of 43. She was a teacher and girls basketball coach at Citrus High school. I am a Special Education English teacher in Bushnell at South Sumter High School and have coached baseball over 20 years and have been the girls track coach at Citrus High school the past 9 years. oldest daughter graduates this year friom Citrus and is going into sign-language interpretation. My youngest goes to high school next year at Citrus. These past 5 years has been a rollercoaster of emotions but life must go on and we just live life one day at a time to the fullest. There are no guarantees in life as we have found out this past 5 years. It has been 71 months since my wife passed away and myself and the girls have continued on with our lives as Sharon would have wanted us to. Time does heal some wounds and life does go on and with the guidance of the good Lord we have continued to move ahead with our lives.
