Life
AFTER HIGH SCHOOL I ATTENDED FRANCIS MARION COLLEGE FOR 2 YEARS. I THEN TRANSFERRED TO MIDLANDS TECH FOR A YEAR BEFORE GOING TO U.S.C. WHERE I GRADUATED IN 1990-1991 WITH A BA IN HISTORY AND A COGNATE IN SECONDARY EDUC. AND PSYC.. I MARRIED IN 1993 AND HAD 2 CHILDREN . WE DIVORCE AFTER SHE FINISHED COLLEGE. I MARRIED 1999. SHE HAD 3 CHILDREN FROM HER PREVIOUS MARRIAGE IN 2000 A SON ARRIVED TO ROUND OUT ARE FAMILY. STRAINTS THAT A BIG FAMILY BRING. We divorced 11/17/04 so I'm single again.
I joined the South Carolina State Guard and hold the rank of Major.
Military
Currently a Major. in the S.C. State Guard. I have been the G-2 Security & Intel Officer for 1st Brigade. I have been a company commander and a recruiter.
As of 7/14/07 I have been promoted to Major and I am Commander of the Military History Detachment.
I am also helping to train deploying National Guard troops to ensure they are prepared for their missions down range to deal with the locals.
