Steven's Story
After high school and Army Basic Training and AIT, I was in the reserve, I went to work for RCC, then UCR and UCI in their respective IT Departments. Somewhere in their I married Debbie and we had two kids, Stacy and Andrew.
I took a job with a small software firm in Silicon Valley and we made the move to San Jose in '78. In '83, Debbie and I separated and eventually divorced. In '86 I married Hilda, a daughter of Texas, who had come to California to seek fame and fortune ;-) About that time, I took a job as a Computer Scientist with the Lawrence Livermore National Lab in their supercompute...Expand for more

Jumped back into the private sector taking IT jobs with a bicycle manufacture, a network company and a silicon chip manufacture.
In 2007, I retired and Hilda and I made the decision to move to Texas to fulfill a desire of mine to live on a big parcel of land with a view. We found a perfect lot in Texas about 30 miles SW of Austin. I have my lot, which needs tending, and a view to the north over the Texas Hill Country. There you'll find me most afternoons watching the clouds drift by.
