Steven's Story
Where has the time gone? 2 weeks after graduation I started boot camp in the U.S. Navy. After 2 years of school, was stationed aboard USS Belknap for 4 years, doing 2 Med Cruises, 1 NATO cruise, and more trips to the Carribean than I can count. Lebonan was our battlefield, the first since Vietnam that made people who went there a "Veteran of a Foriegn War." since "Californy is the place you otta' be, I loaded up the truck to move to...", well, not Beverly Hills, but San Diego. Continued working in electronics and engineering, moving to the LA area, and, 20 years ago, to Chino Hills. Now I work in Field Service for ABB, installing, configuring, and repairing all the automation behind power plants, chemical refineries, paper mills, etc. I also have a 23yo son, and 3 lovely grandchildren from my oldest, aged 13,12 & 10.
