Life
Born and raised in JC, NJ; attended St. Peter Grammar school (graduated '59); St. Michael HS (JC)(1959-60); Rahway HS (1960-62); James Ferris HS (JC) graduated (1963).

Employed Hackensack Board of Education (1969-2000) --recently early retirement--Middle School Social Studies Teacher, Drama Director (established the school's Drama Club in 1969), Student Council Advisor, Civics Enrichment Club Advisor, Ski CLub Advisor, 6th Grade Outdoor Education Program Director (2 years); Education Association Faculty Rep, VP, President; delegate to NEA RA (1972-1976); awarded Distinguished Service Award 1984.
Member of Board of Directors of Central Bergen Federal Credit Union, served as Chairman of Board,; fulltime employed from 1979-1981. Served as Director NJCUL, member of Youth Involvement Committee NJCUL.

College
College was one of the best experiences I had...It brought out the best in me...I was able not to become more over than ever before...I met my wife in college; I become involved with Student Government, the college newspaper, and the Drama Club. Current
Am President and webmaster for Westfield Community Players, Westfield, NJ; have also directed productions for Westfield Community Players...2010 "Dial 'M' for Murder, 2011 "A View from the Bridge", "Barefoot in the Park", "Squabbles", "Proof", "A Thousand Clowns" and "Tribute."Was in 6 consecutive productions with Westfield Community Players. Have recently directed "A View from the Bridge" by Arthur Miller for Westfield Community Players. Currently directing the Agatha Christie murder-mystery, "And Then There Were None", also for Westfield Community Players.
I was recently nominated for two NJACT Perry Awards: Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Play for my portrayal of Justice Lawrence Wargrave in Agathe Christie's "And Then There Were None" for Main Street Theatre Company; and Outstanding Featured Actor in a Play for my role as Isaac Cohen in "Abie's Irish Rose" for Westfield Community Players. Also nominated for NJACT Perry Award for Outstanding Director of Play, "Proof" and Outstaning Featured Actor in Play, "Rehearsal for Murder", as Lt. McElroy. Also nominated for Outstanding Production of a Play, "Rehearsal for Murder", producer.
Have appeared off-Broadway in "Sex, Relationships and Sometimes...love" at the Producers's Club, NYC and the Jerry Orbach Theater, NYC.
I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a worthwhile idea. As it turns out, they were correct..
The few people from my past who I'd most like to see again is MH MJR, because they were special to me..
If I won $100 million, I'd give half of it to my son and his wife, then spend the rest on buying a home in NC, two new cars and trust fund for our grandson..
