Life
Graduated Longmeadow High School in 1982. Followed the Grateful Dead all over the world for 13 years. While doing this I managed to obtain my Associates Degree in Criminal justice from STCC, served in the Marine Corp, Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts from Franklin Pierce College, Culinary arts certificate from New England Culinary Institute. Promoted Pro wrestling in NH. A member of The Knight's Templar, Rosicrucian Order, American Legion, Council on Foreign Relations, Concord Coalition, America's Society,. Authored Meals That Heal - locally published cookbook that benefitted local charities.

To quote Phil Lesh " A Box Of Rain Will Ease The Pain And Love Will See You Through ". Joe you made LHS great. partying at Jiggy's and on Dead tour was great. Your death made me examine my life. What a mess it was. I now have more than what I wanted and owe it all to you. You told me to never give up on my dreams and to challenge those who say it can't be done. This J is for you buddy.
