Steven's Story
Hello: After Westfield High, I went to Rutgers College, RU. However, during that time my family moved from Westfield to the State of Virginia. While at Rutgers I was in Army ROTC. Because I got a 3-year scholarship I owed them time, but I obtained a delay to attend law school before serving. After completing law school, I married the girl next door (to where we lived in Virginia) and I was accepted into the army as an army lawyer (JAGC)and served just under 4 years. Although I wasn't too much into sports in high school (went out for 2 sports in my senior year, made neither), I got really into weight lifting and jogging in college, which helped in ROTC. I still run or lift 6 times a week. I now work as an attorney with the Unit...Expand for more
ed States Government and have been doing so for 21 years(!)- since 1989. We have 2 sons, both of whom are now attending college locally, but living at home (so far). I'm trying to track down some buddies from high school, including Jim Seemon, Micah Kroloff, Randy Craig and Jim Breiner (and any others). Jim S--I still play board wargames--which you taught me--and play regularly with my older son. Jim B.--I still tell people about our crazy concert experiences and Randy and Micah--we had some fun times. I have visited Westfield only twice since highschool, with my wife and sons, but hope to visit again soon. I plan on posting a photo (at least a "now" photo), but I'm not that tech savvy so I'll have to get one of my sons to do it.
