Jane's Story
Hi from Tucson Arizona. I first came here for an internship and job in 1982, then later moved away when I married my Navy pilot husband (Steve Turcotte, EGR class of '71 -- but we met in Puerto Rico, lol). After multiple military moves, Steve retired from the Navy in 2006 and we settled in Tucson, He took a post-Navy job running an aerospace firm, but since then, we both retired and are working hard on our cattle ranch which is...Expand for more
60 miles from Tucson (Aravaipa Canyon Ranch). Our daughter graduated from the University of Florida in 2014 and has followed in her dad's footsteps as a Navy pilot (helo combat search-and-rescue). My only sister, Sally, lives in Tucson. My dad and mom also lived here for many years, but my dad passed away in June 2012 followed by my mom in 2013 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. All in all, life is good and we are blessed.
