Hi to all you folks who stop by. I've had a great life so far! After Graduation I took the summer off and did a lot of canoeing, Camping, hiking, and concert going. Had a great summer that year. A couple of my friends and I started going up to Silver lake state park every 4th of July, labor day week end, and the following memorial weekend. In fact I returned to Silver lake 11years in a row for all those summer holidays! At the end of the summer almost everyone I knew went off to college. I went into the factory. Funny how life is. My going to work at General Motors Hydra-matic Willow Run, Ypsilanti was a pure fluke .One of my lifetime friends was going down the block just as I was headed out for a night of partying. He stopped to say Hi and told me GM in Yipsi was hiring and that he was going to put an app tomorrow morning first thing.
