Stoney's Story

School I wish I could go back and do it again. We had some of the best (and worst) parties ever. I liked the fact that we always had something nonproductive to do. LOL As far as actual school... I would say Caddy's class was the best. Man he gave allot of notes! Hey guess what... Idaho does exist I went there! Anyone who had him as a teacher knows what I’m talking about. Well I don't know what to write in here so.... Later Workplace Staff Sergeant Nolan S. Gibson performs duties as a KC-135R Aerospace Propulsion Journeyman assigned to the 718th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, 909th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. He is 25 years of age.After completing basic training at Lackland AFB, Texas, Sergeant Gibson was assigned to Sheppard AFB, Texas, for technical training as an aerospace propulsion journeyman. Upon graduation in February 1998, he was assigned to Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan working in the 909th Air Refueling Squadron, then 718th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron as a Flight Line Jet Engine System Journeyman on the KC-135R Stratotanker. He arrived on the island as an Airman Basic, April 14, 1998. He was recognized as Airman of the Month in December 1998, and then again in April 1999. Sergeant Gibson was also recognized as Specialist Technician of the Quarter, Sep-Dec 1999. Sergeant Nolan S. Gibson graduated from Airman Leadership School (ALS) in December 2002.
