Stuart's Story

Life I joined the Air Force after High School. I spent the next four year at George AFB in the high desert near Victorvyille Ca. After that I went in the Air Force reserve at Norton AFB and went to school at the same time. I received my Airframe & Powerplant degree and license. That allows you to work on civil airplanes. I met my wife at this time, she was living next door to my dad who's house I was staying at. My wife is from Costa Rica. After A&P school I got a job at Robinson Helicopter and worked there for about a year. Then I landed a job at Rockwell International working on the B-1B program. irlines I worked there for about a year at the LAX overhaul hangar. I had put in an application for the Post Office at the same time as the airline job and they finally called just in time because the airline job was coming to an end. So I have been working for the U S Post Office since 1994. It is a great job and I have been an Electronic Technician since about 1996. I have one daughter she is 18 now and is into ballet and school well kind of. My wife is working for the Royal Academy of Dance in administration. I moved to Bakersfield CA and have a home there.
