Stuart is from Fort Worth, Texas. He is married with Melanie Yarborough Hill. His schools include Memorial High School. He later attended John C Maxwell Certification Program, Oklahoma State University. He works(ed) at John C. Maxwell Team- Founding Member, Computer Sciences Corporation, The John Maxwell Team.

Stuart developed demonstrated strength in understanding financial systems and process that lead to his promotion into management in 2000. For the last 11 years Stuart has lead several successful teams where he developed an interest in leadership development. In March of 2011, Stuart joined the John Maxwell Team as a founding member to bring leadership coaching and training to his CPA practice.
