Sue's Story
Life
After leaving West, I went to U. of Illinois and earned my B.S. in Biology and my teaching accreditation. During my time at U. of I., I played intramural basketball (my team won the championship two years!), was involved with leadership with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, went on a short term missions trip (2 mos.) to the Philippines, had a blast rooming with West grad. Jill Kennay and met my (soon-to-be ex-)husband, Gary.
Gary and I got married in 1989 and we started our family with the arrival of Jonathan (Jay) in 1990. Yes, we didn't waste any time!
Sarah arrived in 1991, Laura in 1993 and Adam in 1994. Our 3 on 3 basketball team was now complete!
We've lived in Morrison and Urbana, IL; Wilmore, KY; Five Mile, OH and now in Nappanee, IN. Gary and I separated in June, 2006 (ugly story with that one).

he library media specialist at NorthWood High School (Go Panthers!). I'm involved with the school's technology, overseeing the media retrieval system and library, team-teaching some units and work on getting grants. I also coach the science team which won the Indiana State Championship in 2003, 2005 and 2007. Lots of fun - yes, I'm a geek!
I earned my M.S. in Library Information Science from the University of Illinois in 2002. Not an easy task while working full-time with 4 children!
My kids are a blast: Jay, Sarah, Laura, and Adam. We also have a dog named Princess; and a cat named Kitty. We live out in the country and enjoy swimming in our pool and playing soccer, basketball and ultimate frisbee.
I still love the Cubs (3rd generation), movies (old and new), The Office, Scrubs, running/biking and trying to grow stuff in our backyard.
Had an AWESOME time at the 20th reunion. Thank you Chris Hamilton and Mary White!!! Looking forward to seeing folks in 2009!
