Remembering old classmates and friends from long ago is fun. Seeing the names of people remembered brings back so many memories of places we used to go, like Eastown, The Grande Ball Room, and the free Sunday concerts at Tarter Field near the Wayne State campus. Can't forget the long summers and time spent at Cass Lake. I think some part of every Summer day was spent there, long before there was a cement bridge to the beach. Remember the old wood bridge so crowded with people it was hard to cross? Remember Cass Benton ( aka beer hill ) and The Horseshoe?? OMG what crazy daze!! How we survived it all I'll never know!!
