They each graduated from Central -- Bobby Gene, Class of '53; Jimmy, Class of '56 and Lela Ann, Class of '57. I was in the Class of '64. I married Wayne while he was in the Air Force, lived in Bossier City where he was stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base. Our first child, Kara, was born on the base there. ker in 1968 where our baby daughter, Cherae, was born. She was named after "Cher"yl Buhler and Cynthia "Rae" Lewis, both from the Central Class of '64! From there we moved to Greenwell Springs in 1974 and then to Central in 1975 where our children went to the Central schools until we moved to Greensburg at the end of 1979. I also worked as a church secretary for several years before retiring when our first grandchild was born. We continue to live in Greensburg, LA . 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren. Married to Wayne 47 years in 2010. I am now a homemaker and a pastor's wife. (Wayne surrendered to the ministry when he was 40 years old.) I play the piano and the organ. Currently, I am the pianist at the church where Wayne pastors. One of my favorite hobbies is photography. My favorite subjects are my grandchildren!!
