Sue's Story
I am finally updating my profile story. I am still living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and loving it!!!!! I have been divorced for 2 years now which was the best but hardest decision of my life! I've been enjoying traveling, gardening, working out, swimming in my pool, working in my yard, being outdoors!!!!! My 6 kids all live near by which I love of course!! I'm still waiting to become a grandmother!!! I LOVE babies, obviously, I had 6 kids! None of my kids are married yet. I was married for 26 years and I was a stay at home Mom the whole time. So I'm retired now. I live by myself with my adorable precious Westie (West Highland White Terrier) Lady, who I love with all my heart!!!! She's like one of my kids! So I'm going through empty nest syndrome BIG TIME!!!!! 6 KIDS!!! So now I have to figure out what I want to do with the second half of my life. I'm in no rush. s been quite an adjustment. Right after the divorce I tried the online dating nightmare as I know so many of you have as well!! Enough said about that! needless to say I'm not dating right now. My ex married a good friend of from church 1 year after I divorced him, so between the divorce and that, I'm available for my kids 24/7 right now to help them get trough this devastating time as their father is so wrapped up in his new toy. Well, seasons come and seasons go life just goes on no matter whats happening in your life. When lemons come I make sweet lemonade!!! Just trying to keep things positive. I would LOVE it if any of my classmates would reach out to me. Just to say "hi" or whatever it would be so refreshing and heartwarming to hear from ALL of you!!!
