Sue's Story
Hi! Well things have been busy for me the past five years - I can't believe it's been that long! In the past five years I have accomplished some good things as well as bad!
I went back to school and have been working at Niagara Hospice as an RN since May 07. I love what I do now and have finally found my niche after 24 years!
We are in the process of trying to sell our house so we can move into our new home being finished on Blairville Road in Youngstown - an on-going problem since November. Anyone looking to move back into the area or want to move out to the country?
I have not accomplished the goal of quitting smoking or trying to be a size 6 again! I haven't found that "miracle" facial cream...Expand for more
to get rid of crows feet, dark circles and those "other" wrinkles (I'd rather have acne at least you can get rid of them!) I'm beginning to get aches in my knees when I try to straighten from a bent position; I had a severe headache after one twisted ice tea and a Mike's Hard lemonade at the Kanasa's concert; and my children are beginning to act like teenagers. I wish in my mind I would remember that I'm not in my twenties anymore because some part of my body reminds me daily that I'm way past those years!
Well if I can't make the reunion as we may be away that weekend I hope everyone has a great time and drives safely! If I don't see all my "senior" friends then I'll see you at the 30th reunion!
