Sue Davis:  

After high school, I went to MPC for a year. I met my future husband, Charlie Davis, there. He had graduated from Carmel High, and was playing football at MPC. After a semester off, I went to Sacramento State - and guess what? There he was again. So, we got married in May of 1966. Then, I worked and he finished school. I went back later and got my BS from the University of San Francisco. We moved back to Monterey and Charlie joined the Police Department and I had two babies - Scott (now 46 and married to Julie and they have two kids - Nick 12 and Emma 11) and Mark (now 42 and married to Jennifer). I started selling real estate. By 1977 we were ready to go again. Charlie taught in the police academy and Jr College in Modesto. Along the way, I got into accounting. We moved again - Southern California sounded like a fun move - we are still here. Sometimes fun, sometimes interesting, and sometimes we felt like moving again. Charlie worked for Mattel Corp. and I worked for a number of companies as Accounting Manager, and then Controller. I started my own bookkeeping service in 1987 and Charlie started his own company as a Private Investigator. We both did fine. When the kids were out of high school, we could move wherever we wanted while they were in college, so we moved to Lake Arrowhead, eventually giving up our companies to sell on ebay full-time.
