Sue's Story
I started out in Millville, then went to Penn State, worked and lived outside of Philadelphia, moved to Reading, PA for a job with a steel company, met a wonderful man and married him while I kept the steel company, had 2 children, lost my husband to lymphoma, raised my 2 kids and had my own writing business, worked for an attorney, led a UCC youth group, got trained to teach dyslexic kids to read using Orton-Gillingham, substituted in special ed classrooms, got a job...Expand for more
as a paraprofessional in a learning support classroom, sent my kids to college, one got married, both live in Cincinnati. I'm now in West Reading, enjoying working with very special children and enjoying the empty nest phase of my life. My mom still lives in Millville and I visit frequently. I still enjoy tennis, football (especially PSU), baseball (although the Phils are letting everyone down right now) and old movies. I love the glamour of the movies from the 40's .
