Susan's Story
I was the quiet one (still am!) I always wore glasses (except for my yearbook pic I think). I had friends in the Point, NDG and of course Ville Emard - loved wearing my lumberjack shirt. Didn't go to the 'prom' - I got asked too late....
Married twice, no kids. Still love animals. Now live in the country; learned to play, believe it or not, an autoharp (loved the movie 'Walk the Line' where I first saw the instrument) - hubby plays acoustic and electric guitar - the third member of our 'band' plays lead guitar (I'm lead vocal)...Expand for more
. We just play locally or within an hour's drive. I drive a Ford pickup - it's the only thing that can hold all the equipment plus people! I smoke like a chimney, which I DID NOT DO in high school and regret ever starting. Everybody's been thru stuff in the past 38 years as I have, but I've settled down and am enjoying life with close friends - now that my hair's totally white, I put wash-out colors in it - specially if we're playing at kid's camps, etc. The seniors out here think I'm a little wierd but we get a kick out of it!
