Life
I am living with 1 husband, Gary, who I've been married to for 33 years, a mother-in-law, and 3 cats, and it's working out great. Gary's a research professor at the University of Arizona at the Bio5 Cancer Center.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Education at Northern Illinois University in 1973.
Workplace

phones at our Cincinnati office, then worked Operations, and finally, the year before I left there, was the Shift Coordinator. That job made me in charge of Scheduling and Operations which meant I was in charge of the shifts of 800 representatives and also for making sure all calls in the office were handled within call answering guidelines. Almost 9 years ago I moved to our Tucson office and became a supervisor. 70 reps in our Domestic AAdvantage department report to me.
