Susan's Story
Life
After graduating from Mississippi State University, I joined Delta Air Lines as a Flight Attendant. After living in Cincinnati, Dallas, Houston and Lake Charles, we finally moved to Atlanta. I finally left Delta in 7/06 after 16 years...just shy of 17 years by one month. The industry has changed immensely with Delta becoming about 40% an international carrier but with a very solid bankruptcy immergance plan. I did some international flying in my early career...Expand for more
days and was not interested in it any longer. I had been a domestic F/A for about 15 years becoming involved in several Delta management intiatives on behalf of the 19,000 Flight Attendants we had. I have been to most all the states and will miss working and getting out of the house.
I have been married for 15 years and have a 14 year old daughter, a 8 year old Beagle named Ranger, a 2 year old Dachshund named Monty and a 5 year old Egytian Mau named Titan.
