Susan's Story
Life
My Spouse
I met my husband, John, through friends. We have a great time together. We are very dedicated to our yard, enjoying all that the city has to offer, and traveling. We went to Colorado to meet Matt when he returned home from Baghdad. Loved the Garden of the Gods, and went to the top of Pike's Peak. This past summer we went to Nashville, Atlanta, and Savannah to enjoy some real southern hospitality visiting some friends and family.
My Pets
Our chocolate lab, Duke, joined puppy heaven at age 18. Not ready to add a new pet just yet.
My Kids
Matthew,returned home from Bagdad in March, came hom...Expand for more
e for good the end of May. His daughter,Tara,comes to visit often brings a lot of energy to our lives. Brett and Jami are getting married in Mexico in June of '09, we can't wait! Should be lots of fun.
My Job
I am retired! I taught school for 34 years, but after a year off, I went to work part-time in a completely different industry. I now work three days a week for a home health care agency as an administrative assistant. I love it! It is fun, fast paced, and I enjoy the people that I work with. I still have time for everything I like to do like yoga, golf, pampering myself, and working in our yard.
