Susan's Story
First and foremost I love the Lord, then my family. This includes my husband of 50 years, my 3 sons,5 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and 1 great granddaughter.
Life has been very good to me. After my children were grown, I started working for metro schools. I started
as a teachers assistant, and then worked in the office of an elementary school. I retired six years ago, and have enjoyed being at home.
I love reading and have been able to catch up on a lot since retiring.
I love animals and have 5 dogs that I
gave a home to, because they were in need. Being an animal lover and owner doesn't let us travel as we would like.

We have lived in Antioch since 1964 and are preparing to move to Rockvale in the next few weeks. I have mixed feelings about moving. I'm excited about a new home, but there are a lot of memories in our old one. But, I'm sure I will adjust. Maybe not without a few tears.
Have been in Rockvale for 2 and a half years. My husband passed away 6 months after we moved. It has been hard being in a new place and alone, but like the old saying,''what doesn't kill you makes you stronger." I have family close by and that is a big help. With God on my side how can I not make it? God is good!!!!!
