Susan's Story
50 years since high school and a lot has happened in my life since then....way too much to list in a little box....bit, in a nutshell, I was married in '69. We met in Dec. and married in March and had 3 amazing kids (they are all amazing) My first son was born in Sept.1970, my second son in Oct 1974, and my daughter in July 1982...yes that was quite a span! I was lucky enough to be a stay at home mom so spent much of my time helping at the school and going to a ton of my kids sporting events that all seemed to involve a ball of some...Expand for more
sort! They kept me busy, crazy, and on my toes for many, many years...however some of the stories they feel they need to share with me now, all I can think is "where was your mother"!
After 42 years of marriage we lost our second born son in Feb. at the age of 36, then my hubby passed in March. I retired in Dec. 2010 and have been equally busy. I have 3 beautiful grand children, 18, 16, and 10. My daughter lives in Arizona so I spend a couple months at a time there in spring and fall.
And....that's me....pretty big nutshell....LOL
