Susan's Story
Greetings! I haven't updated my profile for 12 years and thought it might be a good time as I am just beginning my retirement. I was a nurse and always said that as long as I was having fun, I would continue to work. It was getting stressful and I was beginning to wish for more time at home and 70 seemed to be a good age to be my own boss. I haven't yet decided what I'm going to do with the rest of my life but I'm looking forward to whatever it ends up being. We are still in Cheney on our little farm. We never did get horses as we realized that we weren't a good age to begin ridin...Expand for more
g. We have been raising cows, chickens, dogs and cats. I am looking forward to spending more time with all the animals
My parents have passed but my brothers still live in Lewiston so we get down there occasionally. I always search for a familiar face but I guess we have all changed. It is amazing that we are our age, my brain just won't accept it!
All of my vacations have taken me to visit my children and grand children so I have no exotic tales to tell. I imagine it won't change much with my retirement but my mind is open for adventure!
