Life Anyone know a way to slow life down? I can’t believe this but I am still working as an RN at Kaiser in SSF. Escaped the operating room after 34 yrs. hated that beeper going off at 3 in the morning. It was always strange to wake from a sound sleep, help a surgeon take out someone's appendix, and return home to slumber. odd. I glance over childhood memories through my office window, Sunshine Gardens, Mater Dolorosa, Parkway Jr. Hi, El Camino Hi, and the home I was raised in. Did anyone else climb San Bruno Mt as a child? I have become a life coach for the morbidly obese. I am honored and grateful to work with such inspirational patients. I am currently writing a book of their stories.
