Susan's Story
Life
I'm living on 7 acres in Beavercreek and really enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. I'm not a city girl, can't sleep with all the noise!
It's a lot of work and as I get older I enjoy that aspect of the acreage less and less. I'll probably stay a couple more years until my dog passes on. He's a Rottweiler (acts more like a Lab) and my neighbors love him so I know if I left before then he would stay with them. He's definitely not a city dog.
I'm thinking a little cottage at the beach or by a mountain stream is more my style.
School
I guess I'd have to say my biggest crush was on KG, whom I actually got together with several years after school. Unfortunately I wasn't in a goo...Expand for more
d place emotionally so the timing wasn't good. If I could go back that would be the time I'd go back to. I'd like to think that knowing what I know now, I'd make better choices.
College
I spend 1 year in Business College getting my degree as a Legal Secretary only to find out that the market for that type of work was tight at the time I was looking. Since them I've worked in the Lumber industry in pretty much all phases of the office.
I've gotten through 2 years toward my Accounting Degree but raising my daughter on my own and away from family made it hard to complete. I may go back and finish or I may just decide to win the lottery and buy that little cottage and just travel around.
