Susan's Story
At the present time, I live in Ridgecrest, CA. My employer is Ridgecrest Regional Hospital. I have
worked at this hopsital for 28 years.
I am a Radiologic Technologist working as the chief technologist for RRH. I truly have a fulfilling career, actually enjoy going to work
and being a health care provider. I
don't plan to retire anytime soon.
My husband is Paul Bruer, we have been married for 15 years. We met in
the Navy Reserve from which we recently retired with 22 years of service for me and 26 years of service

We enjoy sending time together doing the following activities; traveling,
motorcycling on his HD cycles, kayaking, scuba/snorkling, visiting
with family and friends.
I have one son who is grown, living in
Phoenix, Arizona. Two grand children living in Monterey, CA which I enjoy
visiting as often as possible.
My substitute children are two dogs and two cats which require a lot of
attention.
