Susan's Story

I guess the easiest way to describe myself is as one who cannot stop working. I have tried on several occasions to retire but I am really not very good at it. I did stay home for eight years while I cared for my mother and my husband until they passed away and then I went to Australia for two months and when I came home I was offered a job and jumped on it and am now working only five hours a...Expand for more
day because, to my way of thinking, that makes me semi-retired. I am very active in the church and, until a few years ago, sang in the choir and also with the symphony. Unfortunately having had 14 orthopedic surgeries, for what the doctors call personal physical abuse,has slowed me down some but not completely. Well, enough about me and my screwed up life.
