Susan's Story
Life
I lived in Michigan until my junior year of high school...hence the two schools I identify with! My family moved to Maryland and I am still on the east coast. I am living just outside of Washington, DC, and have been in this area on and off for 40 years. I married my husband, Paul Tyson, in 1986 and we have two now-adult children, David and Alexandra, both doing well and at least one of them out of the house! mat husband, and moved to Saudi Arabia the following week. We spent 10 years overseas, going to the US embassies in London and Kuwait after the consulate in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and also had a stint at the UN in New York. Paul's last overseas assignment ended when he returned from 18 months at the US Embassy in Baghdad. He's retired but has his hands in a bunch of stuff; I am an administrator in a local high school and continue to love what I do. I'll retire when I wake up one day and no longer wish to go to work!
