Life I was married to Johnny Cottrell, Class of '64, in my first marriage. We had one son, John Christopher, who passed away in 2004 at the age of 34. "Chris" had a son, Dylan, who is 17 now, so Johnny & I are grandparents. I was divorced for ten years, and then married a Clintonite, Class of 64. That made me a stepmother, but his son was killed in a car accident when "our" child was only six months old.We have a daughter, who graduated from Hillcrest in 2005 and will be graduating from Mississippi College in December, 2009 with a degree in Pre-Med Biology. My brother, Randy, who had the '57 Gray Pontiac with the 3 deuces (for you car buffs!), graduated from Provine in 1969. He married Anita Clark, whose folks owned the Hickory House on Capitol Street. And if you knew any of my other sisters, they all graduated from McCluer Academy, which is now Hillcrest. My dad always worked at the "Pontiac place" here in Jackson and he still goes in a couple of days a week and works for Paul Moak, Jr. (He used to have a cherry red Fire Chief Pontiac that Lewis Sharpe drove for him at the dragstrip back during the days of Chicken Reed.)
