Life

As Susan Guajardo Perez I attended the Chuck Norris Karate Studio in Torrance, California. Besides Chuck I also studied with John Natividad, and Howard Jackson. I also learned Aikido with Myst Yamashita.
I had a benign brain tumor; due to the surgery I have temporal lobe epilepsey. I'm on meds and doing fine. I am not allowed to drive in my state.
The tumor eroded a hole through my skull so they needed to have it covered with a titanium plate. It is entirely under my scalp so you would never know it is there.
I left a LOT of friends and family behind in California...all of whom I miss very much.

I went Walteria Elementary School in Torrance, California from grades K-2; Our Lady of Assumption in Claremont, California from grades 2-4; Normont Elementary School in Harbor City, California from grades 4-5; (a lot of overlapping), President Avenue School in Harbor City, California for grade 6; Alexander Fleming Jr. High School in Lomita, California from grades 7-9.
I would have attended Nathaniel Narbonne High School in Lomita, California and graduated in 1974. Most of my friends would have graduated from there.
College
B.S. degree from New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas, New Mexico in Sociology/Anthropology with a minor in Science. ~ Earlier I went to Los Angeles Harbor College in Wilmington, California and earned an A.A. degree.
