Susan's Story

Studied Design at Art Center College of Design in LA. Enjoyed living at the beach in Santa Monica for 25 plus years before moving with my husband to his mid-century house in West LA . I worked as a color designer for an office in Santa Monica responsible for the design implementation for the 1984 Olympic Games in LA. Then for myself for many years as an Architectural Color Design Consultant and Color Design with many important Architectural firms on many large scale projects including specific sport venues such as for the Arizona Suns basketball team in Phoenix,1984 Los Angeles Olympics, I...Expand for more
nterior and Exterior Color Design for the Westside Pavillion in West LA and Horton Plaza in San Diego, CA in 1983 where I met my architect husband. I continue to work ongoing Color Design for mostly commercial projects throughout the World, including Dubai,UAE and Japan. I currently am working on a very small but architecturally relevant commercial project where we live in Borrego Springs; a classic and charming mid-century building on our main street, Palm Canyon Drive. My husband and I recently remolded a significant 1949 mid-century building also downtown in Borrego Springs, San Diego Co.
