Susan's Story
Life
After graduating with a BA in English and Art from Upsala College in 1980, I got my High School Teacher's Certification from Brandeis U. in MA and taught Art and English from 1980-81 at Amesbury High School in Amesbury, MA. Then I moved to Switzerland and never left. Here I met my husband (we've been married since 1982) and we have two sons. dent. I've been teaching, writing, catering, traveling, translating and actively involved in local politics here in Heidiland. A collection of my essays about life in Switzerland (humorous) was published in 1997 by Bergli Books (Basel, Switzerland) and is still available for the curious ("Inside Outlandish" by Susan Tuttle, google it for more info). In my spare time, when I can find some, I like to cook, read, write, run and entertain visitors from "back home." And no, I can't yodel. Yet.
