Susan's Story
I've been living in Los Angeles, for the past 30 years - hard to believe I've been here that long! As for what I do for a living, I became involved with cancer advocacy, and was one of the founders of the International Myeloma Foundation (IMF). Started in 1990, and we're about to celebrate the IMF's 24th Anniversary! Boy time flies and the IMF has grown to be the largest myeloma foundation in the world. We're an international organization that helps people with multiple myeloma (a type of bone marrow cancer), patients, and their families through educational and support programs, we fund research and are involved with advocacy issues that impact all cancers.
It's a great job, and it keeps me on the go all the time, but it's worth it.

ur 20th wedding anniversary! Boy does time fly by, but it's all good. We live in Laurel Canyon in the Hollywood Hills and it's our little retreat from the hustle and bustle of LA, which is just down the road, but up where we are it's like living in the country... well sort of!
If any of you get out to LA please let me know I'd love to see you.
I travel a lot for business and I would love to get together with some of my old friends if I were to be in a city or town near you. So let's get in touch! I'd also love it if the EHS class of 67' would finally have a reunion! It would be really fun to see everyone. I'm willing to help with this so if you are too, let me know.
