Life
Well, I have been in Los Angeles for 20 years now and my entire family has since moved out here as well (the folks couldn't handle living in LA so they're farther north :) so I guess I'm no longer a true Minnesotan! (I still visit periodically though.)
In my early thirties I became engaged, but realized he wasn't the right guy for me. My current relationship has passed the 8 year mark and, once again, he wanted to get married, but I didn't want to. Hmm, is there a pattern here? What can I say? I enjoy being single. Now I'm in my forties and feel fabulous! I have no children, only 2 cats and a dog... definitely lower...Expand for more

For almost 15 years now I have been in Marketing / Research. I started out doing secondary labor market research with a consultant, then I changed to quantitative testing for the largest direct mail company on the west coast, followed by usability testing and managing a lab for Citigroup's Development Division and, finally, I ended up in qualitative market research opening and managing new facilities in LA. I am content for now, market research is certainly not your typical 9-to-5 job. Never a dull moment!
